About Our Products

What types of plants does Perennials Zone specialize in?
We specialize in premium perennial plants including flowering varieties (like Anemone, Aquilegia, and Aster), shrubs (such as Aronia and Almond), heirloom fruit trees (Apple and Apricot), and unique collections (including our Antiques and Animal/Pest Control selections). Our focus is on plants that return year after year with proper care.
How do you ensure plant quality during shipping?
Each plant—from delicate Amsonia to hardy Arborvitae—is hand-selected at peak shipping time and packed with climate-responsive materials. Our horticultural team uses specialized packaging techniques developed over years of international shipping to protect your plants in transit.
Do you offer rare or heirloom plant varieties?
Yes! Our Antiques collection features rare and heirloom varieties, particularly in our fruit trees and ornamental plants. These are perfect for gardeners seeking unique specimens with historical significance.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable options:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch (processing takes 1-2 business days). Ideal for time-sensitive plantings.

Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch. Perfect for larger orders where speed isn’t critical.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive email notifications at every stage of your plant’s journey—from processing to delivery. Each email will include tracking information so you can follow your Aralia’s travels or anticipate your Astilbe’s arrival.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Your plants will arrive ready for planting with detailed care guides. We recommend:
– Watering immediately if soil appears dry
– Acclimating plants to local conditions over 2-3 days
– Planting during cooler parts of the day
Specific instructions vary by plant type—please refer to your included care guide.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged or unhealthy?
We stand behind every plant we ship. If you’re unsatisfied with your order’s condition, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll happily arrange for replacement plants or a refund.
Can I return plants if they don’t thrive in my garden?
While we can’t guarantee plants’ performance in all growing conditions (as this depends on local factors), we do replace plants that arrive in poor condition or fail to establish with proper care. Please contact us with details about your situation—we’re gardeners too and want to help!
Do you offer guarantees on specific plants like fruit trees?
Our antique Apple and Apricot trees come with detailed planting instructions for optimal success. While we can’t control growing conditions, we replace any tree that fails to leaf out in its first season when planted according to our guidelines.
